Anton Pavlenko: The Architect of Champions

Our Head Coach, Anton Pavlenko, brings over 20 years of coaching experience spanning Europe and Canada. A multiple-time Ukrainian champion, Anton has a proven track record of developing elite athletes. He has trained Canadian champions in every age division: from Juvenile 1 to Senior: and his students have reached the finals at legendary events like Blackpool, the European Open, and the International Open.

Anastasia Cherepkova: World-Class Precision

Working alongside him is Anastasia Cherepkova, a World Champion (Latin) and Ukrainian National Champion. Anastasia specializes in Latin dance classes for children, teens, and adults. Her focus on fundamentals, performance, and technical precision is what helps our solo dancers and couples transform from local students into international finalists.

From Local Floors to the UK Open 2026

The year 2026 has already been a landmark season for our competitive team. In January, our dancers traveled to the Bournemouth International Centre (BIC) for the prestigious UK Open Dance Festival 2026. This event is one of the "Big Three" in the ballroom world, attracting the absolute best talent on the planet.

We are thrilled to celebrate our students who secured numerous finalist placements and championship titles in Bournemouth. Competing across Ballroom, Latin, and Smooth divisions, they demonstrated the technical skill and artistic maturity that defines the Grand Dance methodology.

But the success doesn't stop in the UK. At the Silver Ball 2025, our dancers delivered a masterclass in performance, securing top placements that set the tone for our current competitive season. These results are not accidents: they are the direct outcome of a structured, elite curriculum designed for dancers who want to win.
