LITTLE STARS (4 - 7 years old)
For our youngest dancers, this is where the journey begins! The Little Stars Group at Grand Dance Studio is designed for young children who are new to dance and ready to explore movement, music, rhythm, and confidence in a fun, supportive environment.
Through playful movement, simple choreography, music-based activities, and beginner-friendly dance exercises, children learn the foundations of rhythm, posture, balance, coordination, flexibility, and teamwork. Each class helps young dancers become more comfortable moving to music, following instructions, working with others, and expressing themselves through dance.
Our Little Stars program is a great introduction to kids dance classes in Richmond Hill for families looking for a positive first dance experience. Whether your child is full of energy, a little shy, or simply curious about dancing, our instructors help them feel welcome, encouraged, and excited to participate.
Classes are structured to be age-appropriate, engaging, and confidence-building. Students develop focus, listening skills, body awareness, musicality, and basic dance discipline while making new friends and having fun. Step by step, they begin building the foundation for future recreational or competitive ballroom and Latin dance training.
